Component Name:	APSOseal® Cassette Seals
Intended use:	Cassette seals are radial shaft seals with several sealing and dust lips for increased protection of ball bearings or bearings. They are used in the most severe working conditions, when the axle works in the presence of dust, earth, mud and sand. Also they are used for radial sealing of rotating shafts. Key applications are on agricultural and construction machine, tractors, trucks and trailers.

Since the cassette seals must protect the ball bearings, they play an essential role for the machine's longevity, therefore it is necessary to make the right choice when designing the machine.
Support material:	Material metal parts: High-carbon steel SAE 1008. Material spring: Spring steel SAE 1070.
Damping material:	NBR, FKM, on request HNBR or special PTFE.
Stiffness:	Not applicable for sealing components.
Certification:	Our production is certified according to ISO TS 16949. Version and dimension according to DIN 3760
