Rubber cords

Component Name: APSOvib® Rubber cords
Intended use: Rubber cords are used for maintenance free revolute joints and rotational spring units.
Each set of multiple cords are being placed between an inner shaft and outer brackets and assembled under pre-compression.
Typical applications are articulated levers for all kind of agricultural machines (mainly disc harrows and seeders), suspension for trailer and special vehicles axles as well as oscillating conveyor technology.
Features: Rubber cords have a round cross section and the most common diameters are 20, 30, 35, 40, 42, 44 and 50 mm. Our engineers can assist you to optimize the design of your brackets to optain maximum performance and durability.
All our products are compression moulded for the best performance.
Support material: No support material, fully integrated in customer's bracket.
Damping material: Three specific rubber compounds have been developed for these applications, APSOvib® High Performance, APSOvib® High Elasticity and APSOvib® High Endurance.
Choosing the right material will allow you to save money thanks to TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
Stiffness: According to the rubber compounds APSOvib® High Performance, APSOvib® High Elasticity and APSOvib® High Endurance are fully adaptable to the customer needs.
Certification: Our production is certified according to ISO TS 16949.
